The Low-end of Market Housing Rental Monitor tracks the affordable "low-end" of the private rental market in six urban regions across Canada. It shows how many existing affordable units are being lost and where the loss is most acute, an issue that new construction alone does not address.

Developed in partnership with the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights, the Ontario Nonprofit Housing Association, and Sharla Gelfand.
